- Remaining slots will be given to non-sales employees. We expect this to be 16-20 slots.
- Winners of the Mountain Mover & Leadership Excellence awards are automatically added to the President’s Circle
- Each person with a direct report will be allowed to nominate one employee, from Pat all the way down
- This process will allow for all levels of employees to be nominated, from execs, directors, all the way down to the line level employee
- This will allow each manager the autonomy to decide what’s important to them in each of their respective departments and award the nomination to who they feel deserves it the most. In the case where a manager has only 1 direct report, that employee would roll up to the superior supervisor
- Employees who are part time are not eligible. (working less than 30 hours per week)
- HR will provide each manager a list of the employees who are in their pool to nominate to ensure no one gets left out
- Each manager will submit the nomination via a form and will have to tell us why they think their employee should win
- 2 slots will automatically be awarded to the employees who win the Annual EE Recognition awards, this includes the Mountain Mover Award & the Leadership Excellence Award
- The remaining winners will be decided by an Executive Committee. The committee will include the CEO, COO, CRO & CFO.
- The winners will be selected from the nominations submitted by Managers
